If you are interested in being part of
this ministry contact Dalene Eimon. They rehearse every Tuesday at 6:30 pm. You
don’t need to know how to ring because there are beginning lessons. A
little knowledge of music would be helpful, but the choir would love to have
anyone that is willing to learn.
Stephen Ministry: Christ Caring for People through People The Stephen Ministry recognizes that we all are broken people and that it is only through the cross of Jesus that we are made whole. Hope’s Stephen Ministry equips lay people to provide confidential, one-to-one Christian care to individuals in our congregation and community who are experiencing difficulties in their lives. We all experience
challenges in life—times when we could benefit from the support of a caring
Christian friend. Stephen Ministers are ready to provide the emotional and
spiritual care we need when faced with a crisis or difficulty. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ HOPE 1: HOPE 2: Discussion of how to have passionate spiritual life. It teaches you how to read and study the Bible and gives you techniques to enliven your prayer life. HOPE 3: This about our life together as Christians....why is worship important?.....how do we support one another in the faith? HOPE 4: Discover your gifts and brainstorm with others on how you can use them to praise God and serve others. (Gives you a lot of insight into yourself.)
